What’s your forecast for the 2012 real estate market?
“I am optimistic. All the indicating factors are pointing California toward a slow recovery. The market is gradually shifting to more equity sellers. Non-distressed sales can only be good for the market. According to CAR economists, we could even see a 1% increase in prices in 2012.”
