Tulsi Holy Basil Tea

This tea balances hormones and calms the nervous system, so it is great for when you are feeling overwhelmed by stress. The basil leaves are from a sacred place in India. It’s caffeine-free, so you can drink it all day, and it is super-hearty. It tastes really good going down.

Vitamineral Green

This product is a synergistic blend of seaweed and land greens. Seaweed has essential minerals that land weeds don’t offer. Over the holidays, people tend to overindulge in sugar, caffeine and alcohol. This will help clean and detoxify your system. I get it at Whole Foods and put it in smoothies.

Feet First

When I’m stressed, nothing helps like a reflexology foot massage. Every zone on your body is represented by a zone on your feet. When you get a foot massage, it releases stress and tension from your entire body. It also helps increase blood circulation, releases toxins, diminishes pain and will help you sleep.

Grapefruit Seed Extract

Forget about echinacea! Grapefruit seed extract is the new miracle virus fighter. Whenever I feel like I’m coming down with something, I put 40 drops (buy only the liquid form; I don’t recommend the powder) in an empty capsule (available at GNC stores or on Amazon). I take one capsule two times a day. It works every time. Also a great hangover remedy.
