What do you expect to see in real estate this year?
Simply put, it’s not the crash everyone expected. It is not a housing bubble or housing recession. It is, in our opinion, a housing reversion. The last two years have been the best two years we have ever seen in the real estate industry, but they were not the norm. They were wildly fast-paced due to the global pandemic, which drove interest rates to the lowest point we had ever seen. That, coupled with very low supply, created a perfect storm for the real estate industry, particularly in Los Angeles.
What we expect to see in 2023 is a reversion to a more typical, healthier market where proper presentation, prep work before listing and listing with a seasoned professional will determine your sale’s ultimate level of success. Who you work with matters now more than ever.
What steps do you encourage your team members to take in this new year?
Each of us has to ask ourselves: Is this really what you want to do for the rest of your life? Are you willing to do whatever it takes to make it in this business? If you are a newer agent in this business, you will have to outwork, outrun and outperform everyone. The more you know, the more your knowledge benefits your client.

We believe 2023 is the year of growth and building character. Imagine you are a sports team owner starting your new market season. To achieve the goal, you must commit to polishing every skill set and gaining as much knowledge as possible to remain in the game and win. This can apply to every industry.
