Marlene Geibelson & Dayna Campbell

The mother-daughter team of Realtors^® Dayna Campbell and Marlene Geibelson have a combined experience of 40 years of real estate transactions. Both were raised in the San Fernando Valley. A graduate of UCLA, Marlene worked as a teacher with the Los Angeles Unified School District prior to her real estate career. She has been the recipient of Top Producer awards and served as a member of the International President’s Circle with Berkshire Hathaway, ranking among the top 10% of sales associates. Dayna graduated from California State University, Northridge with a double major in film production and screenwriting and started her professional career in the entertainment industry, planning large-scale events for both corporate and social clients. She began selling real estate in 2015.

We have never-ending energy to always go the extra mile for you and will go wherever we are needed. Of course we have our areas of specialty, but client service is always #1.

How do you help your clients beat the competition?

Relationships! The relationships we have built with other agents over the years speak volumes when establishing credibility for our buyers. When our buyers come to the table prepared to strike, our team dynamic and relationships help position them as superior candidates. This is especially true in situations with multiple offers, which we are still seeing in today’s market.

In what ways has your professional performance exceeded expectations? 

Both of us have had multiple jobs in the service industry. It’s in our nature to provide the best service we know how.  When our clients tell us how pleased they were with how we supported them during their transaction and refer us to work with their friends and family, that is the ultimate compliment!

What is new and exciting for your business in 2023? 

We have an incredibly exciting new build coming to the market in the late spring/early summer. This is a concept that the entire city of Los Angeles has yet to see on the market. We can’t give you any hints except that it is a new single-family home coming to Studio City!

Do you involve your family in your work? 

The family dynamic is a huge part of how we work and why people choose to work with us. Because of our generational gap, we appeal to different categories of buyers and sellers. Also, our combined experience creates confidence for our clients. Almost like a tag team, our clients receive a two-for-the-price-of-one value with us, since we are both 100% invested in the client and available for their every need.
