What advice do you have for buyers in the current market?

In an economy with rising inflation, prices go up on nearly everything. If you are a renter, you can bet on your landlord increasing your rent every year. Becoming a homeowner provides a level of stability—especially in times of economic uncertainty. Of course, with homeownership comes a mortgage. It’s most likely your largest expense, but you can lock in your monthly payment for the length of your loan or at least until you can refinance.

Is staging a home worth the cost?

Staging a home can help it sell faster than homes that are not professionally staged, and statistics show it is worth the investment! A well-staged home makes a great first impression both in online photos and in person. It gives the home a new, fresh feel that allows anyone to walk in and see how a space is best used and the potential of the property.

How do you help your clients beat the competition? 

Can you believe that we are still experiencing low inventory levels? With such limited inventory, multiple offers are still possible for a well-priced property. We help our clients beat out their competition by positioning them properly from the beginning. When they find their dream home, we advise them to put in their strongest offer. Every transaction is unique, and The Payab Group works to find the best strategy for all of our clients.
