“When you look in the mirror and feel good about yourself, it can positively impact your entire outlook and mood.”

What is the most rewarding aspect of running your business?

“I feel that I am truly a healer at heart, so helping people improve their health and look better can have a profound impact on their lives—not just physically but also mentally. When you look in the mirror and feel good about yourself, it can positively impact your entire outlook and mood.”

What are some of your top treatments?

“CoolSculpting is the leading nonsurgical body shaping treatment that helps you get rid of stubborn fat—whether you are near your goal weight or just getting started trying to slim down. We offer a free lymphatic massage post-treatment to stimulate the elimination of the dead fat cells. I also include a complimentary nutrition consultation with any treatment package to help optimize a patient’s results.

We offer Hydrafacials with cutting-edge ‘add on’ treatments including dermaplaning and medical-grade skin care products. I love the HydraFacial because not only do you walk out with glowing skin after just one treatment, but it’s very time-efficient (30 to 45 minutes)—so it works great for busy people like me! I also carry several lines of dietary supplements and vitamins to help you look and feel your best.”

How do you maintain your own health, beauty and fitness?

“I am a spinning addict (I go to Blazing Saddles), and I just did my very first triathlon in Malibu (at the age of 48!) As I approach 50, I’m trying very hard to undo the damage I did to my skin when I was younger and take better care of it moving forward with regular facials and using better products. I make sure to get plenty of vegetables every day, a fruit or two, and load up my diet with herbs and spices.”
